Product Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Size & Design Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit or you prefer a different design, you can exchange it (subject to stock availability).
Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the exchange shipping costs and send you the correct item without any extra charges.
Customer Responsibility: For exchanges due to size or design preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Once we receive your product, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days, and the replacement will be shipped promptly.
