Return & Exchange Period: You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Defective or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability).
Refunds: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be completed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
